Prior to joining Quinn IP Law, Aubrey spent five years as a trademark attorney with a nationally recognized law firm. Before entering private practice, she served as a Trademark Examining Attorney with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), gaining firsthand insight into the trademark examination process. Her experience reviewing applications, assessing trademark registrability, and addressing complex registration issues enables her to provide clients with strategic guidance grounded in an understanding of how the USPTO evaluates and approaches trademark matters.
